SOFTWARE & LV/HV DATA CAPTURE
The CES PC control system is a multifunctional embedded and intelligent load control system specifically designed for being user-friendly, accurate control and instrumentation with outstanding test features and data capture and verification to ISO8528, providing a solution for any application.
The Sigma hand-held is a robust and industrial aluminium enclosure with IP65 protection and 4.3” colour TFT screen, the hand-held allows remote load testing with live display information showing all the main electrical parameters. Connect up to 14 load banks in a network with a single hand-held for high capacity testing.
SIGMA gives intelligent, fast and effective solutions to today’s power testing requirements which require high level instrumentation, SIGMA has the ability to network multiple load banks and control from one hand-held or PC. Alternatively, integrate SIGMA with existing BMS, Modbus or SCADA systems for unified site control.
WIRELESS GATEWAY
The Wireless Gateway feature enables Modbus control of SIGMA LT and SIGMA 2 controlled load banks via a wireless LAN. This allows the user to control and monitor a load bank without the use of physical communication cables. With the use of Sigma Network Pro software, the user can create custom configurations including naming and grouping of load banks to allow for fast testing and commissioning.

The Sigma system will allow Commissioning and verification according to the ISO 8528-1. Generating sets meeting the requirements of this International Standard are used to generate electrical power for continuous, peak-load and standby applications. The classifications laid down in the ISO 8528 are intended to help understanding between manufacturer and customer.
POWER QUALITY & ENERGY ANALYZER
Power quality issues may affect the operation of critical loads. Advanced power quality recorders for capturing comprehensive details of power disturbances including waveforms, trend analysis and Class-A ‘quality-of-service’ compliance testing over long period of time to capture the most difficult to trace problems.
THERMAL CAMERA IMAGING
Temperature can be a sign of trouble ahead. Handheld thermal cameras can be provided to carry out thermal imaging and inspect the installation during the test.
